How do you develop a theme for our event?
The first step is to identify what you want to accomplish. We take your ideas and combine them with several key parameters, including the goals of your event, the size and makeup of your group, the location of the event, and your budget. Then our creative team develops potential themes to meet your needs. You or your designated staff participate with us throughout the process and approve the theme, script, and all associated activities as they progress. No surprises, just great results.
How much lead time do you need?
To produce an original, customized theatrical presentation, we like to have thirty to sixty days to research, develop, and rehearse. If you are under time constraints, we will work with you to meet your requirements. Most of our team building events require minimal customization, and while some planning time is always necessary, we can respond very quickly.
Do you suggest that our executives participate in our events?
We strongly encourage management participation. Employees love to see their leaders involved. This participation humanizes management and serves to validate the goals of the event.
Some of our people don't like to participate in team building events. How can you help?
All of our team building events are engaging and energizing and Rave Reviews' staff is extremely effective at getting people immediately involved. Within minutes, most people are participating, taking on leadership roles, talking to each other and having fun. Our events have nearly 100% participation rate, so everyone is occupied virtually the entire time. The feedback on these events is fantastic.
Can you help me justify your programs to my management?

How can Rave Reviews provide value to a meeting or event? Our management is hesitant to get away from a traditional meeting style. I don’t want to be embarrassed about this in front of my boss and coworkers, who might perceive this approach as corny or unprofessional.
